How long does setup take?

Setup time depends on whether your game is already on Steam or not:

Game already on Steam: 1-2 weeks

If your game is already published on Steam, transferring it to our Steamworks account takes 1-2 weeks. This is because Valve needs to approve and process the app ownership transfer between Steamworks accounts.

What happens during this time:

• You submit a transfer request through Steam
• Valve reviews and approves the transfer
• We accept the transfer on our end
• You reconfirm transfer
• Ownership moves to our Steamworks account
• You maintain full access to your game's Steamworks dashboard

New game (not yet on Steam): Less than 1 week

If your game isn't published yet, setup is much faster. You pay the Steam Direct Fee via Steamline, we create your game directly through our Steamworks account, and you're granted full access to game in Steamworks. No transfer process is needed.

We handle everything else - Steamworks account management, Valve communication, and payment setup.
